Phase Before Investment

  • Assessment of the present status of the project in economic manner.
  • For the purpose of taking the project into action in a reliable and efficient way, making of hydrolojy formulation and optimisation studies, installed power and operation studies based on the final project.
  • Following the making of the investment decision, preparing the documents for permission and other approval procedures required for license application.
  • Informing the investors for the agreements required to be conducted with the related institutions and organisations pursuant to the related laws and secondary legislations.
  • Drecting the offical relations with the General Directorate of Energy Affairs of the Ministiry of Energy, TEIAS, TEDAS, Ministry of Environment and Forest and all related regional administrations (governorship, regional governorship, private provincial administrations, forest enterprises, land offices, General Directorate of Highways).

Investment Phase

  • In order to complete the plant with optimum size and cost for a trouble-free commercial operation period, control of the Final and Implementation Projects, selection of the project company;
  • Preparing all construction, hydro-mechanical, electro-mechanical, energy transmission line specifications,
  • Preparing the administrative specifications,
  • Preparing the present map works, regional settlement plans and expropriation plans,
  • Geologic etude and drilling works,
  • Tendering the construction, hydro-mechanical, electro-mechanical, energy transmission line works,
  • Control of appropriatenes of all construction and hydro-mechanical fabrications to be executed insite to scientific methods and contemporary construction techniques,
  • Supervising service for electro-mechanical installation works.

Operating Phase

  • Approval of all projects by the related central and regional administrations in accordance with the protocol signed between State Hydraulics and General Directorate of Energy Affairs,
  • Provisional acceptance procedures of the plant by the Ministry of Energy Affairs and State Hydraulics,
  • To make the necessary applications to TEIAS PMUM for the sale of energy.
